- No affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship of any third-party company of similar name is claimed.
- Buyer is responsible for conducting trademark clearance appropriate to their intended use. All materials are original works created by NKR International.
- Copyright will be assigned as specified in the definitive agreement. NKR International retains full copyright ownership of the mastec.io brand and all associated creative works until transfer is completed under a definitive agreement.
- Any unauthorized copying, imitation, or derivative use of NKR International’s creative works, including but not limited to brand assets, website design, typography, or visual identity, is strictly prohibited and will be subject to enforcement, including legal action for damages.
Exclusion of Sale to Certain Parties: NKR International retains full authority to determine the qualified purchaser of these assets. Any attempt to acquire through third parties or proxy arrangements on behalf of previously restricted parties shall be deemed invalid and subject to legal action.
